TERMS AND CONDITIONS Internet Draw John Smith Grand National 1. Promotion open to UK residents over the age of 18. Excluding employees of the Heineken Group and anyone else associated with this promotion or the John Smiths Grand National. 2. One entry per person. 3. No purchase necessary. 4. The closing date is 27/03/2010 5. The winner of the prize will be selected at random. 6. Winners will be notified by phone within 7 days of the closing date. 7. The prize is 2 tickets to the John Smiths Grand National at Aintree on 10th April 2010. Travel expenses and meals are not included. 8. Winners may be liable for tax. 9. There is no cash alternative to the prize. Prize is not transferable. 10. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend this promotion due to circumstances outside its control. The promoter is not responsible for any third party acts or omissions. 11. We cannot guarantee that the event will be free from disruptions, failings or cancellations.
